WHO ARE WE? Your Style Homes, also referred to as YSH, is a boutique renovation and development company established in January 2010 by six motivated and ambitious individuals. The talented group has a diverse background and skill set - all high achievers in their respective fields. Dean Parker is General Manager for YSH. In Dean's previous career he was a highly regarded information technology software engineer for Australia's leading telecommunications company. After leaving this role more than six years ago he established his own property group and in that time has completed over 150 property projects. This has involved purchasing and selling over $30 million worth of property. Dean is one of YSH's three Directors. Justin Cohen manages Acquisitions and Sales for YSH. Justin's commercial experience has been derived from two key industries: Sport and Property. In the sports industry, Justin has personally managed some of Australia's most talented athletes, the likes of which have included Adam Scott, Lleyton Hewitt, Andrew Gaze, Michael Klim and Taj Burrow. Justin's property experience is as General Manager for Sunland Group (Victoria). This has enabled a seamless transition into his roles as a Director of YSH responsible for Acquisitions and Sales. Lee Stevens, YSH's third Director, is also the group's Onsite Project Manager. Lee's extensive project management experience spans 14 + years. Lee commenced his career as an electrician with one of Melbourne's leading electrical and data organisations prior to establishing his own business in 2004. Over the past 6 years Lee has been the owner, operator and national director of his own electrical contracting business, servicing the electrical/data installation markets within QLD and Melbourne across domestic, commercial and industrial sectors. Needless to say he knows the trade industry back to front. Lee-Anne Stevens is YSH's Project Delivery Manager. In her previous employment Lee-Anne spent 10 years working as a Partner Development Manager with one of the worlds leading technology solution providers, Hewlett-Packard. During this time Lee-Anne built core competencies across sales management, business development and strategic planning. Lee-Anne's management experience provides her with the skills to deliver projects on time, within budget and at the highest possible standard. Lee-Anne is also responsible for managing supplier/trade relationships and overseeing cost control. Her role as YSH Project Delivery Manager involves ensuring that the YSH differentiator is applied to each project. Elise Parker is YSH's Financial Controller, responsible for Finance and Administration for all YSH renovation, development and holding projects. Elise's professional backgrounds lead to a senior consultant role in the IT and accounting industry. Working her way up the corporate ladder she established a leadership position customizing accounting and finance systems for a variety of corporations including, Cash Resources Australia, Neville Smith Timber Industries, Sick (Sensor Intelligence) International and Australian Airport Doors to name a few. In 2004 she created her own property business with husband Dean Parker and is now taking their business to the next level with YSH. Elise has had in-depth experience establishing and integrating systems and procedures to ensure the most streamlined approach to financial and administrational elements of any business are found. Emma Cohen works within the creative side of YSH as Interior Designer, Marketing and Public Relations Manager. After having walked the runways as an international model for the past 12 years Emma's appreciation for fashion, textures and design, translates well into her role as Group Interior Designer. Coupled with Emma's previous role as the Public Relations and Marketing Manager for the World's first fashion branded hotel, Palazzo Versace, there is no doubt this role is a perfect fit for Emma's areas of expertise.
