Our property management service started with just a small portfolio of properties all of which we developed and managed on behalf of our clients. This was a strategic decision to ensure our systems and processes were developed, tested and perfected before extending our service out to anyone who has an investment property and is looking for an exceptional level of service.

Our Portfolio Manager Magi Tessieri is energetic and vibrant who is highly motivated and goal driven. Building lasting relationships with tenants, owners and creditors comes naturally as she genuinely enjoys dealing with people. With an extensive administration background and 12 years industry experience, these skills combined drive her passion within the industry as a Property Manager. Magi’s number one goal is to make the process for both property investors and tenants a smooth and highly professional experience.
Financial Accounting and Reporting:
We provide you with timely and accurate accounting and reporting, saving you time and money when dealing with your accountant. We disburse your funds in a timely manner with mid and end of month disbursements.
Collection of Rent:
We have a zero arrears policy. Handing over the responsibility of rent collection to us eliminates one of your greatest concerns, providing you with peace of mind.
Marketing to Maximise Your Rental Return:
By using the latest technology and marketing tools, we expose your property to the widest range of prospective tenants. We stay up to date with market trends and rental incomes for your property type and use a combination of internet advertising, signage and comprehensive data base searches to secure tenants on your behalf. Our Property Management division will actively market your property to potential tenants while evaluating market conditions, searching comparable property rents and evaluating vacancy factors.
Your Style Homes understands the importance of routine inspections. Commencing shortly after your new tenant moves in, our timely scheduled inspections and detailed inspection reports will ensure that your property remains well looked after and obtains the maximum rental income.
All tenants are screened thoroughly. We ensure no step is missed and provide transparent advice regarding any application received. All applications are discussed with you, the owner to seek final approval.
