Rental Guarantee
At Your Style Homes we have so much confidence in our product and our knowledge of the local market that we can take the guesswork out of what rent you will achieve for your new property.  As an option, we will guarantee that your property will be tenanted for a period of twelve months at an agreed rent.  Ask the selling agent for more information.
