When busy first homebuyer, Simone Fernandes, arrived in Brisbane from New Zealand recently, she knew she wanted to purchase a private, secure apartment – but most importantly, it had to be on the fast track to completion.
“I knew I was looking to move into somewhere fast. It had to be new, beautiful but also something that would be completed soon. I didn’t want to wait around for years for something to be constructed,” the 21-year old said.

Ms. Fernandes’ job as an airline cabin crew member required her to start at varying hours of the day, so security was crucial.
“Sometimes I’m up very early for work, so I needed to have a very secure basement and car parking area, which Allure had,” she said. “What Allure represented was unbeatable.”
